The Virginia City Players, at the Opera House, is the oldest continually operating summer stock theatre company West of the Mississippi in its 64th season. Specializing in authentic 19th century melodrama and famous for their varied, vigorous, vagary of vivacious, vaudeville variety acts, The Players perform Tuesdays through Sundays from June 1st to September 2nd. A fun-filled adventure promising quality, affordable family entertainment. Renown far and wide, The Players have been praised by The Village Voice, Sunset Magazine and other respected publications. Reservations are required.
