Located in Mount Helena City Park, on the southwest edge of downtown Helena. Ridden top to bottom, the Prairie Trail is the most popular downhill on Mount Helena and one of the best sections of smooth, sinuous singletrack in the area. Locals call it "Star Wars," because at speed the trailside trees blur like the stars when Han Solo shifts into hyperspace. Riders with exceptional balance and quick reflexes will enjoy the E-ticket ride.
