C.J. Box at The Civic Center

C.J. Box is coming to Helena, thanks to Lewis & Clark Library Foundation!

C.J. Box is the author over 30 books, including the popular Joe Pickett novels, two other series, three stand-alone novels, and a story collection. Published in February of 2024, Three-Inch Teeth, the 24th Joe Pickett novel debuted at #2 on the New York Times Bestseller list and #1 on the Apple Ebooks Bestseller list. His riveting new novel, Battle Mountain, comes out February 25, 2025.

He has won many awards including the Edgar, Anthony, Macavity, Gumshoe, and two Barry awards, as well as the French Prix Calibre .38, the Western Heritage Award for Literature, and two Spur Awards. In 2021 he won the Falcon Award.

An avid outdoorsman, Box has hunted, fished, hiked, ridden, and skied throughout Wyoming and the Mountain West. He has been executive producer on shows based on his books, including ABC TV’s Big Sky and Joe Pickett on Paramount+.

There will be a book signing after the presentation. Books will be sold at the event by Montana Book Co.
