Wildlife Refuges

Watching wildlife in their natural habitat is a favorite pastime in Southwest Montana. Fortunately, there are many wildlife refuges in the area. These areas are part of a national network of public lands set aside for conservation of fish, wildlife and plants. Take a trip through one of the refuges and you can view or photograph a variety of wildlife. This is truly nature at its best!
