Lakes

In Southwest Montana you're never too far from a lake to enjoy water sports in Big Sky Country. There's abundant opportunity for fishing from the shores or a boat. The waters of the lakes are shared with waterskiing enthusiasts, tubers, and fishermen, but there are also great places for kayaking and paddleboarding. If you don't want to be on the water but want to be near it, many lakes have camping and day use areas.
