Welcome to Gulch Distillers. We are Helenas only micro-distillery, proudly located in the former Montana Distillery and Bottling Warehouse at the north end of Helenas main, historic gulch. Our Tasting room is nestled in the heart of downtown Helena near the corner of Last Chance Gulch and W Lawrence. We are just downstream from the strike that turned a gulch into the mining camp that became a state capital. We ferment, distill, and bottle on site, and use only Montana grown grains in our grain-based spirits.

Gulch Distillers is a local business and craft distillery that ferments, distills, and bottles Single Malt Whisky, Fernet, Aperitivo, Ouzo, Apple Brandy, Vodka, Gin, and Spiced Rum. We create craft cocktails that showcase our spirits in our tasting room and we offer bottles of our spirits for sale for off-site consumption. We support our local community by using as many locally sourced and American made products as possible. This is a locally owned and family run business.
