Montana River Guides Flyfishing provides guided fly fishing trips featuring the Missouri River (Holter Dam to Cascade) and (Hauser Dam to Gates of the Mountains). All trips are day trips (lunch included) with emphasis on personalized service and warm hospitality.

The Missouri River is a world class tailwater fishery resembling a giant spring creek. Rainbows outnumber browns approximately 8 to 1. Fish average 15 inches to 17 inches with larger fish 19 inches to 21 inches. Caddis, PMDs, Tricos, midges, and terrestrials are primary insect hatches. We use 16-foot driftboats for transportation and fishing below Holter Dam and an 18 foot jet boat for transportation and fishing below Hauser Dam.
