Don't miss this concert with two great country artists, at the Last Chance Stampede and Fair in Helena.
Ian Munsick is a country singer-songwriter from Sheridan, Wyoming, whose roots run deep in the Western way of life. Growing up on a ranch and performing with his family band, The Munsick Boys, he developed a strong connection to storytelling and the untamed spirit of the American West. His music blends classic country with modern flair, creating a sound that honors tradition while pushing boundaries. Albums like Coyote Cry and White Buffalo showcase his signature style, with White Buffalo even inspiring the documentary White Buffalo: Voices of the West. Beyond music, Munsick is dedicated to preserving the stories and values of Western culture, making him a standout voice in today’s country music scene.
Rodney Atkins is a celebrated American country singer-songwriter known for his heartfelt lyrics and classic country style. In the mid-1990s, Atkins moved to Nashville, where he signed with Curb Records in 1996. His debut album, Honesty, arrived in 2003, but it was his 2006 release, If You're Going Through Hell, that catapulted him to fame. The album produced four number-one hits, including the standout tracks "If You're Going Through Hell (Before the Devil Even Knows)" and "Watching You." The latter was named the number one country song of the decade by Country Aircheck and earned Atkins a prestigious BMI “Million-Air” Award. Atkins followed up his early success with albums like It's America (2009) and Take a Back Road (2011), both of which delivered chart-topping hits including “It’s America” and the fan-favorite title track “Take a Back Road.” In 2019, he released Caught Up in the Country, whose title track set a milestone by spending an unprecedented 57 weeks on the Billboard Country Airplay chart - at the time, the longest run in the chart’s history.
