Spend an evening with the wonderfully strange and heartfelt world of Wes Urbaniak and The Mountain Folk, with Christy Hays joining the night.

Wes Urbaniak's music is part songwriting, part storytelling, and completely his own. Honest, bold, a little odd, and deeply rooted in the world around him, his songs turn the experiences of life into stories that invite you to look a little deeper.

Wes lives and creates on an island in the Yellowstone River, surrounded by the Montana mountains, where he also builds handmade instruments from reclaimed materials, including century-old pianos, naturally fallen trees, and even wood from Red Rocks Amphitheatre benches. That same curiosity and craftsmanship carries into his music, where strings, harmonies, poetry, and imagination all come together.

With The Mountain Folk, those ideas grow into a genre-bending sound that always finds its way back to folk roots. Built around strings, harmonies, and thoughtful songwriting, the band brings something raw, unusual, and deeply human to the stage.

Come experience the music, stories, and wonderfully wild imagination of Wes Urbaniak and The Mountain Folk, with Christy Hays helping set the tone for the night.
