Whitehall Garden Club invites you to a family-friendly, educational event celebrating Whitehall's 33rd year as a Tree City USA with door prizes, contests, kids' activities, 33 free tree seedlings, and seedling sales beginning at noon at the Whitehall Community Center, 11 N. Division.
