Hellgate Recreation Area

Listing Overview:

Hellgate Bureau of Reclamation Recreation Area is located in southwest Montana near Helena. There is a campground providing 72 sites and the basic facilities including drinking water and handicapped accessible restrooms. It is located on the east side of Canyon Ferry Reservoir. Handicapped restroom facilities are provided. There is a boat launch at the site. Please limit your stay to 14 days. You will be asked to pay a small fee of $8 per sleeping unit for the use of this campground.
